Xbox Gamepass Problem

Hey guys, I'm having trouble with Gamepass, I have a game that is on Gamepass but when I try to play it, It will say "Do you own this game or app?", I checked on the xbox gamepass app and microsoft store and that game is still on gamepass, in microsoft store it says "install it", when i press "install it", It will just make a clone of that game like i never installed it.
