I never bought Cod Cold war but I still have it?

I have never bought the call of duty black ops cold war game but I can still download it from my "owned games" and also I can play the campaign in it. This also happened to Modern warfare. Wtf is going on? Did I "accidentally" buy them or what??? Or is it just a trial or something?(it never said that it was a trial so?)
