GBC files

So my calculator can run Game Boy Colour (GBC) files which is great, but I’ve found some fan made Game Boy Advanced (GBA) files and can’t find a way to convert them.

1. Is it possible? On YouTube there were various 4 year old tutorials which led me round in circles.
2. Are there any movies/shows that can be found in GBC files? Although of course it would be pixilated it would be cool.
