Dashboard Relocation Possible?

I've got what I'm guessing to be a noob question. I'm using XBMC-Emustation as my dashboard and when I did the setup it was already preinstalled on drive E and I didn't realize that the ROMS for PS, NES etc are imbedded within emustation on E. I'm using a 2TB drive and I'm still okay on space at the moment but I'm going to run out of room if I load all the different platform ROMS I'm wanting to. Is there a way to move the entirety of the xbmc-emustation folder to my F drive without screwing everything up? Or at least the ROMS folder that hold all the different platform games?
