replacing motherboard and hard drive question

my original xbox has a bad capacitor. not the clock capacitor, but another one that prevents the console from turning on. i can buy a new board and hard drive bundle for like $50. my current board is the 1.6b, but the only one that i can find online is the 1.6. would i be good to put that in instead of the 1.6b?
