Requesting game suggestions for me & husband to play.

Okay first off we are avid gamers, and it might be a challenge to suggest something as we have played a ton of games especially ones from the game pass, so please do not suggest anything from there. We are trying to find something with a base building aspect to it, no first person shooter.
We have played through and loved... ARK, Stardew valley, nobody saves the world, don't starve together, kingdom two crowns, just to name a few.
Thanks in advance! We have been dying to play something together since we have retired from battle royales!
