Xbox support is awful

Xbox hasn’t been able to sign into live for over a week. I’ve tried everything. I’ve sent support emails and haven’t heard anything. I try to call the support number and they take me right back to website that I’ve already tried many many times with no luck. So what am I supposed to do? Just keep paying for live and hope it’ll work again one day? Xbox used to be my favorite but thinking they’re as trash as everything else now. Anyone else with similar problems?
