are horizontal lines fixable?

are horizontal lines fixable?

So my gamboy dmg has these 2 horizontal lines there are more when I turn the power on but they all dissappear except for 2 its not unplayable but if it's something that could be fixed I'd like to know I've tried looking it up online but I keep getting conflicting answers
