Medal of Honor: Warfighter Glitch

Hello all ! I have been recently building up a library of non backwards compatible games and I have started playing Medal of Honor Warfighter.
I'm on the mission Hello and Dubai and for someone reason when I get to a certain point the game freezes as I'm about to drive into what looks like an unfinished part of level.
I understand this game is a decade old and was not popular when released but seeing as everyone here has a 360, I'm sure someone would've been in the same position as me and I hope for a possible solution soon!
