Cant get xbox controller to connect to pc.

Cant get xbox controller to connect to pc.

So I got a pc for my birthday speakers, lights, etc. and I had my xbox and wanted to play my games on my pc I connected it, it went great. Comeback the next day and the controller is in bluetooth yet it wont connect it will turn on but it wont sync.
