Forza Horizon 2 is back on the store!?!

I had the game from GWG but deleted it more than a year ago. It was unavailable for a while because it reached "end of life", but suddenly yesterday it appeared as available to download so I did it immediately. Maybe it was because of that weird Xbox live glitch we saw this week?
