Buying games on eBay

[Released: 2011] The 3DS is similar to the DS, but is capable of projecting stereoscopic 3D effects without the use of 3D glasses or additional accessories. A redesigned "XL" version of the console was also released.

Buying games on eBay

I was looking on eBay for games and it seems to be the cheapest route to take for buying games. However, I want to make sure I am buying actual games and not empty carts that have had the games dumped on them. Is there anyway to be able to tell?
