I search a open word car ps1 game with a blue truck/car

I search a old car game, in the begin, you can played with a blue monster truck and you can see people on streets, they scream and run yo can run over them. you can drive for the town and you can find other car, more small and red or orange ant I thing is part of a mission. its not a race game and you cant out of the car.. I don't remember more... This game was included in the box with the console...
Please help me! Thanks
