Xbox One download speed significantly slower than other devices

Xbox One download speed significantly slower than other devices

My Xbox download speed is hovering at ~15 Mbps whereas my phone download speed on the same wifi in the same exact spot in my house is 400+ Mbps. Has anyone experienced this before, and if so, how did you resolve the issue?
