Game won't install.

So I'm trying to install Fallout 4 after I uninstalled it like 5 months back, but it only reaches 69% or so then just stops and stays there. Now I've watched this video https://youtu.be/K8tX8Cxw3_c and I have done everything in that video and nothing still works. Got any ideas??
