Will Japanese version run on FreeLoader? (Cubivore and Gotacha Force)

I wanted to play cubivore and gotcha force but they are too expensive for American versions and I don't have a computer that'll run dolphin.
Will booting up a freeloader and buying the japanese versions work? (Also if possible to set the language to english, I don't know any japanese).
The high price of gamecube games these days are really preventing me from going any further in collecting games. I kinda put fire emblem at my limit to how high i'll go for a gamecube game.
Everything at this point is priced way too high. Also would any other japanese versions work for gamecube? ( I can post my collection pics if enough people ask.
