Raspberry Pi 4 doesn't respond.

When I turn It on It doesn't do anything. The red led is on and the green one bips 8 times again and again. With the SD card in or out doesn't seem to care. I have load the raspbian many times using the Raspberry Pi imager so I don't think that's the problem (It might be, at this point I don't know) because It does the same with the SD card in or without It. If someone knows how to solve It or has any clue of what the problem could be it would really help me. Thank you !
