"Could not resolve DNS query" when attempting Insignia registration on modded Xbox... any ideas??

I even changed my DNS to 46.101.64.175 and 8.8.8.8 like it suggests on their site. My console is definitely connected to the network (am able to FTP and Xlink). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
