Permanent PSP GO CFW on 6.61?

Hello,
A friend of mine borrow me a Go and I want to install a permanent CFW on it, Is that possible? If so, could you please PLEASE link me some tutorials from 0? I had a Go but it was so many years ago that I literally forgot about everything. He has 661 PRO-C Fast Recovery, but I don't know anything more (and he doesn't remember either).
