Error code 8015190E?

[Released: 2005] As the second console from Microsoft, the XBOX 360 completely sold out upon release in all regions except in Japan. About 33% of all consoles became defective making it the most unreliable console ever created.

Error code 8015190E?

Image Took out the XBOX 360, got this error code. It won't connect to wifi, I've tried everything people have said to do, tried wired and wireless, just doesn't work. Anyone else have this issue or a fix for it?
