[Released: 2001] The GameCube, with the Game Boy Player attachment, it is able to play Game Boy/Color, and Game Boy Advance titles. It's successor, the Wii, supports backward compatibility. Panasonic released a DVD player hybrid Gamecube.
I added an usb c port to power the gamecube with a powerbank. the usb c port takes 20v out of the powerbank and a converter (behind the vents) lowers it to 12v for the gamecube.
The usb A ports (which are power by the 20v of the input) are used for the mclassic and a portable screen. So you can use the gamecube everywhere.
The switch between the usb port and the normal port will switch between inputs so the normal port isn't powering the converter backward for safety reasons.
I use the retrobit prism on the cube which just fit in there, also the original cables still fits in the port.
I need to redo the wiring sometime because it is mess in there. But for now it works?
