Silly old fighting games

I’m looking at hosting a small Bad (or Novelty) Fighting Game Tournament, featuring games like Battle Monsters, Sonic the Fighters and Shaq Fu. Obviously there aren’t a lot of SMS games in this genre but because not a lot of people I know have ever touched this console I think be interesting to include it if possible.
Are any of the Master System fighting games bad in at least an interesting way? Maybe Masters of Combat?
