N64 PAL HDMI solution?

Hi, I’m wondering if there’s any good, not too expensive solutions for making PAL N64s work with HDMI connections. Most solutions seem to be either NTSC based like that EON adapter or internal which I don’t really want to bother with. For my GameCube I have an adapter like the EON which works very well. I was wondering if there was something like that for PAL machines. Anyone got some tips for me?
