For those with a BlueRetro adapter can you change stick sensitivity?

For those with a BlueRetro adapter can you change stick sensitivity?

Can you increase/decrease sensitivity or is it fixed? curious how this works since the N64 stick is so tall and the 'throw distance' is also different from some of the more modern controllers. Thanks!
