64 USB not loading the Autobleem when Turn On

can anybody here found a solution for the above issue i am experiencing. i always need to remove my USB and power cord and put 1st the usb then power before it loads autobleem. i am getting frustrated since it is not loading right away as needed. currently using an old celphone charger for its power so power limit is not an issue and using a 8bitdo adapter 2 for the controller. already reformat this mother****er many times but still the same.
