Cotton (PCE-CD) Release containing Galaxy Fraulein Yuna 2 sticker?

The CD-ROM² is an add-on attachment for the PC Engine that was released in Japan in 1988 and allows the core versions of the console to play PC Engine games in CD-ROM format in addition to standard HuCards. This made the PC Engine the first video game console to use CD-ROMs as a storage media.

Cotton (PCE-CD) Release containing Galaxy Fraulein Yuna 2 sticker?

Hey all, recently decided to pick up Cotton for the PCE-CD and the case contained a sticker and registration card resembling Galaxy Fraulein Yuna 2. Does anyone know why this might be included? I'm not sure if it normally comes inside of GFY2, but it seems a bit odd. Thanks!
