Need files Restore PlayStation Classic firmware

I found a PlayStation Classic in a thrift store for a few dollars. When I power it on, I get "An error has occurred" message. Not sure if someone had previously tried to mod and screwed it up or the firmware got corrupt. Doing some research, I happened upon a utility called PSCToolkit that looks like it can flash stock LBOOT.EPB and LRECOVERY.EPB files from another system. Anyone have a link to these files? Really like to try to get this working.
