This Super Famicom PCB is a fake, right?

[Released: 1990] The SNES was the best-selling console of the 16-bit era despite its relatively late start and the fierce competition it faced. The console was able to run some of the first three-dimensional video games on consoles, beginning with Star Fox.

Hi, quick question.
This Japanese Street Fighter II Turbo PCB for Super Famicom is unquestionably fake, right?
back
front
There isn't even a "Nintendo" logo anywhere on the PCB...
Does the "2002" in the number "46-2002" mean that the board was made in 2002?
Not sure how/why this happend. Japanese SF2 is not even remotely a rare/expansive game, and the box and manual I received are definitely original....
Thanks
EDIT: Actually, I've noticed even the manual is fake.... Yea, zero doubt at all this is fake now.
