Need more help with game dumping

[Released: 1994] Sony entered into an agreement with Nintendo to develop a CD-ROM attachment, for the Super Nintendo. Due to contractual problems it was never released, and instead, a modified version was introduced by Sony called the PlayStation.

Need more help with game dumping

Image So continuing this post, I tried MPF, and it failed with an error I don’t really understand.
Also, it turns out that despite the code on the box says SCPS-45065 (box pictures above), the game itself is detected as SLPS-00849 which is the standard NTSC-J copy of the game. Is that normal?
