Having trouble with a Genesis cart

I recently imported 5 American NTSC Genesis games to play on a European PAL Mega drive, now for the most part I've had no issues some games may have ran slower and what not but out of the 5 games I bought 1 game which is Bart vs The Space mutants won't run. It boots up but only for the first Sega screen and then goes pitch black. What is weird one time it managed to boot past the Sega logo but still didn't boot up the game. I've cleaned the game countless times and my console too, can anyone give me advice on what to do, is it my console, does the game not work or is it something else?
