openBOR in project eris stopped working

i was using openbor just fine. and then the next time i tried to go into openbor, it just loads to a black screen. it's basically useless now. should i re-download the mod again with the desktop app? is there a way to get it working again? weird how it was working just fine and now it just loads to a black screen when starting the program
