problem with port forwarding

Hello guys. Im kinda stuck here. I managed to do some port forwarding and now i can ssh into my rpi from any wifi.
My problem is that im using docker+portainer+homer -->basically web interface, lets say accessible on local ip 192.168.0.21:9000
How do i proceed to make this specific ip accessible from any wifi?
