Problem with Owncloud setup

So i installed Owncloud completely normal with a tutorial onto my Raspberry pi but i get an Error called Can't create or write into the apps-external directory /var/www/html/owncloud/apps-external, i already searched for help but i don't understand anything (i'm not that experienced with linux so i almost don't know anything)
