Pico disappears after circuit python

Pico disappears after circuit python

I have 3 rpi picos that have the same issue, they will show up in file explorer when I hold the boot button down, but then will disappear as soon as I put the circuitpython uf2 file on them. Some times they will show up, but it is very spotty. They show in 'lsusb' as an unlabeled device though. I have tried the flash nuke. Running Ubuntu 20.04.4 lts. Thanks
