Best way to get alerts if RPi goes down?

Best way to get alerts if RPi goes down?

I want to get notified if my RPi loses power and or network, so that I can ask someone to go check the power during times I am away. To stop the freezer melting.
I use UpTime Robot for other things, but not sure how to get this to work with a RPi on local network.
