N64 Games with Wireless Switch N64 Controller

Just ordered everything to mod a PS classic - and realizing I may have bit off more than I can chew.
Is there a guide anyone can point me to about putting N64 games on the PSC?
Has anyone used the Nintendo Switch wireless N64 controller with the 8BitDo?
My ultimate goal is to play Goldeneye :)
