What's happened to the camera?

What's happened to the camera?

I just bought an IR cam for my RPi3B to find that the old commands don't work. I've tried following this tutorial but I'm getting an error:
NoiseReductionMode = 3 terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error' what(): failed to import fd19
I've disabled legacy cameras in sudo raspi-config.
Can anyone help me get my cameras running please?
