Pi continues to restart back to installation

Pi continues to restart back to installation

I successfully installed Raspian 64bit with desktop onto a brand new SD card and began the installation however when I get to the end after I have put in my root name, wi-fi and checked for updates and press restart the pi restarts to the installation screen again and it just repeats. I have looked online and on the sub and have found only one thing similar but it didn’t help.
