Powering Pi Pico with portable battery?

Hello! Are there any ways to power a Pi Pico through a portable battery pack? Such as a AA battery adapter that connects to the USB port? I think I read there are ways to provide power through some of the GPIO pins but I have a hat that would be blocking those. Thank you!
