I've been using my Pi4B for about 5 months now. I run MainsailOS on it for 3d printing. Today, the computer stopped booting, I only have a PWR LED light on, and no ACT light at all. I've tried reformatting and flashing anew image of the OS, and I've tried to restor the EEPROM via the RPI imager. I can see the PI on my network, but can't SSH into it. I've verfied the presence of an SSH file.
Now, I will say, I've been moving some of my electronics casing around the shop so it is possible that while running the GPIO pins came in contact with a metal extrusion frame for a printer.
Polyfuse or software issue?
