Auto power off screen

Hi. I’m using a raspberry pi 3b+ (os MoOde) with allo boss Dac (via GPIO) and a 7 inch touch screen (1024x600) connected with HDMI. I would that screen power off after x seconds until touching screen. Can I made changes on config.txt? If yes, how? Thanks.
