Help me reset SD card

Help me reset SD card

I purchased the Raspberry Pi 400 and it came with 16gb SD card with stuff preinstalled on it.
I wanted to install RetroPie but after using etcher.io to "burn image" onto SD card it now only boots the retropie and I cannot access the Raspberry OS desktop.
How do I reverse this? Please help.
