Supply shortage issues

Hello, I have recently been looking at purchasing a Raspberry PI 3B+ for the usage of vision processing for robotics. Obviously the issue is that they aren't in stock anywhere aside from scalpers on Amazon. Is there a guaranteed way to order one or make sure I will get one or am I SOL for months? I would appreciate any comments or help, and thank you for reading.
