Mono audio cable for model 2 Genesis?

[Released: 1988] The Sega Genesis was Sega's most successful console; though Sega has never released a total sales figure quote. Several add-ons were created including the Sega CD and Sega 32X which extended its capabilities.

Mono audio cable for model 2 Genesis?

I'm looking to play my model 2 on a smaller 13" CRT which only has mono input. Looking at the AV pinout for the model 2, there is a pin for mono audio, and it would appear that Sega did sell mono audio cables for the model 2 back in the day. Unfortunately I cannot seem to find anyone in the US selling such a cable today. Could anyone help me find one?
