steam library off a pi 4 nas

so once all set up, i noticed that for transfer file speeds i got 100mb+ when all devices are attached via ethernet (raspberryPi 4 and an aya neo on the latest virgin media router). when my aya neo is just using the wifi i get about 30mb, and when both devices are on wifi i get about 10mb or less (some times less the 1mb). my question is to anyone who might know, is there a way with the right equipment / set up, that i could get around 100mb+ transfer speeds when my aya neo is using the wifi and my pi4 is on ethernet cable, so i can play my steam library directly off my pi nas with acceptable load times? as is its fine for small games (sonic mainia/ pocket shovel knight ) but not for bigger games (Elden ring/ hades)
