why won't Arcade CD-ROM² games play in TurboEngine emulator??

The CD-ROM² is an add-on attachment for the PC Engine that was released in Japan in 1988 and allows the core versions of the console to play PC Engine games in CD-ROM format in addition to standard HuCards. This made the PC Engine the first video game console to use CD-ROMs as a storage media.

why won't Arcade CD-ROM² games play in TurboEngine emulator??

Post by /turboG16 »

just realized I can't play incredible games like Mad Stalker and Strider Hiryu in TurboEngine for some reason... under 'system', there is a toggle on/off for the Arcade Card but it doesn't seem to do anything... any Arcade CD-ROM² game won't play, and there are many good ones... I tried researching BIOS for this but haven't found anything (not sure if there is such a thing).

Any information would be appreciated... I don't want to use another emulator if I don't have to.
