I need help with Neo Geo aes and mvs game buying

Im planning to buy a neo geo aes that has unibios chip in it and I heard that some American neo geo aes and mvs games are censored. So I thought I should buy Japanese versions of those American censored ones. But I want those Japanese games to be in English and that’s what the unibios for but would it make the Japanese games censored when it switches over to English. Im very confused.!
