Super HD System 3 Pro not booting Hucards

The HuCard is a ROM cartridge in the form of a card, designed for NEC's PC-Engine and PC Engine SuperGrafx video game consoles, which premiered in 1987 and 1989, respectively. In the United States, where marketed as the TurboGrafx-16, the HuCard is alternately called the TurboChip.

Super HD System 3 Pro not booting Hucards

Post by /turboG16 »

So I've got a PC Engine that has been recapped recently and has the jailbar fix (but no RGB mod,) and I've attached a new Super HD System 3 Pro from Terraonion, and it works great, until I try to put in an actual Hucard and turn the console on. Seems to be powering on, but it's giving me a black screen. It says in the manual that you can bypass the SHDS3 and play a Hucard, so what am I doing wrong? When I remove the SHDS3 Hucards work again.
