NES Classic adapter

Do all of them include an adapter or only the ones purchased in-store? I talked to someone who said they got theirs on Amazon and did *not* include an adapter. Can somone snap a few quick photos of what it's supposed to look like, different sides, etc? Is it the same size as the one included with the SNES Classic? Smaller? Thanks in advance!
