Verification of a fake Super NES Classic Mini

Hey, guys, I hope it's alright if I post this here.
I bought a SNES Classic from Amazon but they delivered me a fake/counterfeit clone console (I've been able to confidently verify this). Amazon isn't ready to resolve this until I get a confirmation from Nintendo that the console is fake.
The 'contact us' and 'create a ticket' options on Nintendo's website don't seem to cover anything around this and are very limited. Would someone be able to help me get in touch with Nintendo so I can get a written acknowledgement of the console being fake?

I've already tweeted to the official handle but there is no response.
Please let me know. Thanks in advance!
Edit: If you guys don't mind, please commend on this post and confirm that this is a fake console. I'm not sure but maybe I can use that.
